Database Systems Corp. (DSC) offers an easy way to signup for phone reminder services using our voice broadcast call center. If your call reminder campaign requires a custom application, please contact DSC using our Contact Form for a personalized quotation.
Once you have filled out this online service form and submitted our online agreement, a representative will contact you regarding our convenient payment methods and your account will be activated immediately. Because of the potential for misuse of this powerful communications media, DSC requires proper identification.
Pricing
The following are the general pricing models for our voice broadcasting service:
Non-profit Pricing
- Non-profit setup fee: waived includes ability to initiate calls from toll free number
- $35 per month for 7 days per week/24 hours per day access.
- Usage fee of $0.15 per number for a 30 second message. This includes 3 attempts for "busy" and "no answer," and includes calls anywhere in the continental limits of the US.
- Volume discounts start at 1,000 numbers per month and progress to a maximum of 35% off.
Standard Pricing
- One time setup fee: $125
- $25 per month for 5 days per week/16 hours per day access.
- Usage fee of $0.15 per number for a 30 second message. This includes 3 attempts for "busy" and "no answer," and includes calls anywhere in the continental limits of the US.
- Volume discounts start at 1,000 numbers per month and progress to a maximum of 35% off.
Premium Pricing (Emergency 24 x 7)
- One time setup fee: $250 for the Premium option (ability to initiate calls from toll free number)
- $50 per month for 7 days per week/24 hours per day access.
- Usage fee of $0.15 per number for a 30 second message. This includes 3 attempts for "busy" and "no answer," and includes calls anywhere in the continental limits of the US.
- Volume discounts start at 1,000 numbers per month and progress to a maximum of 35% off.

NOTE: Filling out this online registration does not obligate you to this service. DSC supplies an online agreement that must first be signed and submitted by fax or mail. This contract provides all pricing and terms of agreement. Only after you submit this agreement is your account activated.

How To Use Our Call Reminder Service
Using our phone reminder service is easy and secure. Once you've signed up for our service, here's all you need to do.
- Create and save one or more list(s) of call recipients.
- Record your phone message (either offline or using our 800 number).
- Push "Start" broadcast button.
